Notes

Studio recording for '13 Voices' (2016). Deryck Whibley specifically purchased the MC-600 for this album after using a producer-owned one on 'Chuck'. The amp is confirmed as a Marshall Valvestate 8100, which was used extensively on both 'Chuck' and '13 Voices'. No evidence of additional amp blending or alternate guitars for the main riff section.

Difficulty

The riff requires fast, consistent palm muting and precise right-hand technique to maintain the aggressive, articulate sound. While not technically advanced in terms of note choice, the speed and tightness demand intermediate to advanced rhythm skills.
