Notes

Studio recording, 2010 album 'Fever'. Matt Tuck and Padge both used Les Paul Customs with EMG 81/85 pickups. The clean tones were tracked using a Kemper profiling amp with a profile of a Peavey 5150. No pedals were used for clean tones; effects were added in post or via rack/studio gear. Source confirms no pedals printed to tape for clean tones.

Difficulty

The clean riff requires precise picking and dynamic control to maintain clarity and avoid unwanted noise, but does not involve advanced techniques or fast tempo.
