Notes

Studio recording, 2010 album 'Fever'. Both Matt Tuck and Padge used Les Paul Customs with EMG 81/85 pickups. The Peavey 5150 was profiled into a Kemper for the album, with no pedals used for the main distorted rhythm tone. Settings estimated based on genre, era, and typical BFMV studio practice. No evidence of live rig or alternate guitars for this section.

Difficulty

The riff requires tight, aggressive palm muting and precise alternate picking to maintain clarity under high-gain settings. Syncopated rhythms and clean transitions between power chords add to the intermediate-to-advanced challenge.
