Notes

Studio recording for 'All Over You' (Throwing Copper, 1994). Chad Taylor used a Gibson Les Paul Standard into a Marshall JMP head through a JANICE or Marshall 4x12 cab. No evidence of additional drive pedals for the riff section; distortion comes from cranked amp. Effects are minimal for riff section. Settings estimated based on era, genre, and typical JMP usage for 90s alt-rock. No evidence of modulation or delay in riff section.

Difficulty

The riff requires solid palm muting and rhythmic precision, but uses straightforward power chords and moderate tempo, making it accessible to intermediate players.
