Studio recording, 1991. Riff section played by Slash using his Les Paul through a Marshall Plexi. No evidence of additional pedals except wah (not used in riff), fuzz not used in riff. No chorus, delay, or reverb audible in riff. Pickup selector in bridge position. Settings estimated based on era, genre, and typical Slash/Kravitz studio rig. No evidence of amp effects or effects loop.
