Notes

Studio recording, 1988-1989. Michael Landau used a Soldano SLO-100 for clean tones on the riff/verse sections, with chorus and delay effects. The Custom Audio preamp was also used for clean in some sessions, but Soldano is most cited for Angelia's clean riff. Two Jose-modded Marshalls were also present in the studio but not used for the clean riff.

Difficulty

The riff requires intermediate-level technique due to its clean, precise picking, rhythmic accuracy, and subtle dynamic control to achieve the polished 80s studio sound.
