Notes

Studio recording for 'Around the Fur' (1997). Stephen Carpenter used an ESP M-II with a Seymour Duncan JB in the bridge, running into a Marshall JMP-1 preamp and Marshall 9200 power amp. No evidence of live rig or later 7/8-string guitars for this album. Effects rack included Rocktron Intellifex for modulation/reverb. No evidence of pedals in the main riff section.
