Studio recording, 1993-1994 for 'Dookie' album. The solo section on 'Basket Case' was tracked with Billie Joe Armstrong's 'Blue' Stratocaster (Seymour Duncan JB bridge pickup) into a Marshall JCM900 4100 head. No evidence of additional pedals or effects used specifically for the solo; distortion comes from amp gain. No evidence of effects loop or studio reverb/delay on the solo guitar.
