Notes

Studio recording, 2016-2017 era. Chris Alderton states the Duesenberg Caribou was his main guitar for both live and studio. Vox AC15 C1 was the foundation of his sound, sometimes run in stereo with Marshall Astoria or Fender Twin Reverb. Pedalboard for the solo involved multiple gain and modulation pedals, with a GigRig G2 used for switching. Settings and pedal use are based on interviews and pedalboard evidence for the album recording, not live.

Difficulty

The solo requires fast picking, accurate phrasing, and managing multiple effects for a layered, dynamic sound. The technical challenge is increased by the need for precise timing and control of sustain and feedback.
