Notes

Studio recording, 1993-1994 (Far Beyond Driven sessions). Dimebag's main rhythm tone for this era was a Dean ML with Bill Lawrence L-500XL into a Randall RG100ES, often with a Furman PQ-4 parametric EQ and MXR 6-band EQ in front. No evidence of time-based or modulation effects on the riff section. Settings estimated based on Dimebag's typical studio setup for this album and era.

Difficulty

The riff requires aggressive, tight palm muting, precise timing, and fast alternate picking with syncopated rhythms, making it challenging for most players.
