Studio recording for 'obZen' (2008); rhythm guitars tracked direct into Cubase with Amp Rack plug-in for tone, but the band's signature rhythm tone is based on the Fortin 50W custom amp and Lundgren M8-equipped Ibanez 8-strings. No evidence of pedals or effects used in the riff section. Axe-Fx II used for solos/cleans only, not main riff. Settings estimated based on genre, amp type, and era.
