Notes

Studio recording, The Wall (1979). Clean sections used the Stratocaster with neck and middle pickups, into a Hiwatt DR103, with parallel Yamaha RA-200 rotary speaker for modulation. No fuzz or distortion pedals for clean tone.

Difficulty

While technically not fast or complex, the clean section requires excellent control of dynamics, phrasing, and vibrato to match Gilmour's expressive playing and touch sensitivity.
