Notes

Studio recording, 1996-1997 for OK Computer. The main riff/verse section was recorded in a stairwell with a Martin D-35 acoustic guitar, mic'd directly, with no amp or electric guitar. No pedals or amp used for the main riff section. Electric bass and fuzz/distortion only enter later in the song.

Difficulty

The riff is technically accessible but requires control over dynamics and a sensitive touch to achieve the haunting, intimate feel of the original recording.
