Notes

Studio recording, 1993. Peter Klett used his late '70s Gibson Les Paul Standard into a Mesa/Boogie Dual Rectifier for the distorted solo section of 'Far Behind'. No evidence of amp switching for the solo; all sources confirm the Rectifier was the main amp for heavy tones on the debut album.

Difficulty

The solo requires intermediate technique, especially in expressive wah use, sustaining notes with vibrato, and melodic phrasing. While not extremely fast, the articulation and dynamic control make it moderately challenging.
