Studio recording, 1987. Guitarist Hillel Slovak is confirmed to have used a Les Paul for this era and is seen playing one live on 'Fight Like A Brave' in 1988. The JCM800 was his main amp for this album. No evidence of pedal use for the riff section; fuzz/distortion is from amp. No chorus, flanger, or delay audible or documented for the riff.
