Notes

Studio recording, 1996. Gear confirmed for The Great Southern Trendkill sessions. Dimebag used his Washburn Dime 333 with Bill Lawrence L-500XL bridge pickup into a Randall RG-100ES, with Furman PQ-3 parametric EQ and MXR 6-band EQ in front. Effects and EQ pedals were used for tone shaping. No evidence of live rig or alternate guitars for the main riff section.

Difficulty

The riff requires advanced palm muting, tight rhythm accuracy, and precise picking to achieve the percussive, chugging sound characteristic of Dimebag's style. Managing noise and clarity at high gain adds to the challenge.
