Studio recording for 'Follow the Reaper' (2000). Alexi Laiho used his ESP signature guitar with EMG HZ H4 passive bridge pickup, into a Marshall JCM 800 2203 head and Marshall 1960A cab. No evidence of live rig or later JVM models for this album. Effects were minimal, with only chorus confirmed by Alexi himself for solos. No evidence of boost/OD pedal on this specific recording.
