Notes

Studio recording, 2006 (A Matter of Life and Death, 2015 Remaster). Dave Murray and Adrian Smith both used Gallien-Krueger 250ML amps for rhythm/riff sections in the studio. Guitar is most likely Dave Murray's HSH Stratocaster with humbucker in bridge for main riff. No evidence of live/tour gear being used on the studio recording.

Difficulty

The riff requires tight, fast alternate picking and precise palm muting to maintain clarity at a medium-fast tempo, with syncopated rhythms adding complexity.
