Notes

Studio recording for 'Hallelujah' (2014, Black Veil Brides self-titled album). Multiple amps were reportedly used on the album, but the JVM410H is confirmed for rhythm/riff tracking. No pedals or external effects confirmed for the riff section; all distortion from amp. Jinxx and Jake Pitts both tracked rhythm parts. Kemper Profiler may have been used for layering, but JVM410H is primary for riff.

Difficulty

The riff requires tight, aggressive palm muting and precise alternate picking at a moderate tempo, with syncopated rhythms and the need for accuracy to achieve the thick, layered sound.
