Studio recording, 1995-1996 (Alice In Chains self-titled 'Tripod' album). Jerry Cantrell is known to have used the G&L Rampage with a Seymour Duncan JB in the bridge for most heavy riff work on this era, and the Bogner Fish preamp into a Marshall power amp was his primary studio rig. Peavey 5150 and Soldano SLO-100 were also used for some tracks, but Fish/Marshall is most likely for 'Head Creeps' riff. No evidence of live rig or alternate guitars for this specific riff section.
