Studio recording, 1969. The solo section was recorded with a Telecaster into a Marshall Super Lead, likely with a Sola Sound Tone Bender Professional Mk II fuzz pedal. The main riff was recorded with a different amp (Rickenbacker Transonic), but the solo is confirmed Marshall. No evidence of time-based or modulation effects in the solo section. No effects loop.
