Notes

Studio recording, 2010-2011 (Endgame album sessions). Guitar Chalk and Premier Guitar both reference Marshall JCM2000/DSL as the main studio amp for heavy rhythm tones. Guitar is a Gibson SG with bridge humbucker for riff sections. Pedals include a boost/overdrive and delay. Settings are for studio rhythm/riff tone, not live.

Difficulty

The riff requires fast alternate picking and tight palm muting at a high tempo, demanding precise rhythm and aggressive picking technique. While not technically advanced in terms of note choice, the speed and tightness needed make it challenging for intermediate players.
