Studio recording, 1985. Mick Mars used a selection of vintage Marshall heads modded by Jose Arredondo, sometimes blended with a Hiwatt or Garnet head for low end. Guitar was almost certainly his black Les Paul Custom with humbuckers. Effects were added via pedals and possibly rack units in studio. No evidence of chorus or flanger on solo; delay and reverb are clearly audible.
