Studio recording, 1978 (album: Road to Ruin). Johnny Ramone used his Mosrite Ventures II with a Seymour Duncan humbucker in the bridge, straight into a Marshall Plexi 1959SLP head and 4x12 cabinet. No effects pedals; signal was direct to amp. Settings are for studio, not live. No evidence of effects loop or additional pedals in the solo section.
