Studio recording, 2011-2013 era, as used on the 'Encore' album. Hayes' main electric for the session was the Strat Deluxe Plus with Lollar Blackface pickups. Amp is a vintage Fender Deluxe in a head box, used for clean/riff tones. No evidence of pedals or effects used on the riff section; tone is clean and direct. Tuning is Eb standard.
