Notes

Studio recording, 1984. Warren DeMartini used a Charvel San Dimas with a DiMarzio humbucker for most of Ratt's Out of the Cellar album. Amp is a Marshall JCM800, typical for LA metal of the era. No evidence of live/touring substitutions for this recording.

Difficulty

The riff requires tight palm muting and precise alternate picking at a moderate tempo, with syncopated rhythms typical of 80s metal. Not technically advanced, but demands accuracy and control.
