Studio recording, 1991 (Use Your Illusion sessions). For the solo section of 'Estranged', Slash used a 1959 Gibson Flying V into a Marshall 1959T Super Tremolo head. The Les Paul Goldtop was used for rhythm, not the solo. No evidence of live gear or alternate amps for the studio solo.
