Studio recording, 1997, 'Dude Ranch' album. Tom DeLonge used his sticker-covered Stratocaster into a Mesa/Boogie Triple Rectifier for the main riff. No pedals were used for the core rhythm tone; distortion came from the amp. Pickup selector set to bridge. No evidence of additional effects or pedals on the riff section. Settings are estimated based on era, genre, and similar Blink-182 studio tones.
