Notes

Studio recording, 2021 (GLOW ON album). Guitarist Pat McCrory has been using Jackson Soloist with humbuckers and EVH 5150III for recent recordings. Minimal pedals; chorus effect is clearly audible on riff. Pedalboard is simple, with Boss Super Chorus and MXR Carbon Copy appearing in interviews, but delay is not audible in riff section. Chorus is always on for rhythm. Settings estimated based on genre, amp, and era due to lack of explicit numbers.

Difficulty

The riff requires tight palm muting and aggressive picking, with precise timing to maintain clarity through the chorus effect and fast chord changes. Intermediate players will find it challenging but accessible.
