Studio recording, 2003-2004 (Reise, Reise album sessions). No direct evidence of pedals or effects for the riff section; Paul Landers and Richard Z. Kruspe both used ESP guitars with EMG pickups and Mesa/Boogie Dual Rectifiers for the album. Drop C tuning confirmed for 'Mein Teil' riff. No evidence of Tech 21 Fly Rig or other digital units on the original studio recording.
