Effects & Signal Chain

Notes

Studio recording, 1990. Angus Young's solo was overdubbed in the studio. No evidence of pedals except possible Schaffer-Vega Diversity System (wireless/boost) as used on other late 80s/early 90s sessions. No evidence of modulation or time-based effects in the solo. Guitar is almost certainly bridge pickup, as per Angus's typical solo tone. No evidence of amp reverb or delay. All evidence points to a straight guitar-amp signal chain for the solo.

Difficulty

The solo requires intermediate to advanced control of bends, vibrato, and picking, with fast passages and dynamic articulation typical of Angus Young's style.
