Studio recording, 1994 (Blue Album sessions, as used on original and remaster). Ric Ocasek (producer) insisted on using a Les Paul and Marshall JCM900 for the solo. No pedals except a touch of delay for swells; otherwise, anti-effects approach. No Big Muff or Tube Screamer on this track's solo. Pickup was likely bridge for sustain and cut. 2024 Remaster uses original recording.
