Studio recording, 1992. Dean DeLeo used a wet/dry/wet rig for Core, with the main distorted riff tone coming from a Les Paul into a Demeter TGP-3 preamp, VHT power amp, Marshall 4x12s, and a Vox AC30 for added chime. Chorus effect is clearly audible and confirmed by multiple sources. Settings estimated based on typical Marshall/Vox/rock tones and forum consensus for the riff section.
