Notes
Studio recording, 1968. The solo was recorded direct into the EMI REDD.47 mic preamp, not through a traditional guitar amp. Fuzz/distortion achieved via overdriving the REDD.47 and likely a Sola Sound Tone Bender Mk 1.5 fuzz pedal. No evidence of live use for this tone.
Tone Character(10)

Difficulty
The solo is not technically complex in terms of note choice or speed, but requires aggressive picking, precise timing at a fast tempo, and control over a very saturated, noisy fuzz tone.
