Notes

Studio recording for debut album (1990, remastered 2024). Rhythm guitars were multi-tracked: two passes each with Fender Bassman, Marshall 50w, and Soldano SLO-100. No evidence of pedal use for main riff; all distortion from amps. No evidence of Fractal/AX8/FM-3 on original studio recording—those are for live/modern use.

Difficulty

The riff requires fast, accurate picking and tight palm muting for clarity, with precise chord changes and the ability to track multiple layers cleanly in the studio.
