Studio recording, 2000 (Make Yourself era). Mike Einziger is known to use a PRS CE 24 with stock humbuckers into a Mesa/Boogie Dual Rectifier Trem-O-Verb for the 'Stellar' era. No direct evidence of alternate guitars or amps for the solo section in the studio. Live rigs are more complex but this is the most likely studio setup.
