Notes
Studio recording, 1991. Frusciante split his signal with a Boss CE-1 into a Marshall Major (bass head) and Marshall Super Bass (guitar head) for most of Blood Sugar Sex Magik. Some solos, including 'Suck My Kiss', may have been recorded direct-in to the Neve mixing desk for extra bite. Evidence suggests the solo was played on a fretless Stratocaster modded by Frusciante himself.
