Notes

Studio recording, 1969. John Fogerty used the Kustom K200A-4 for the heavier/distorted sections on CCR's 'Green River' album, which includes 'The Night Time Is the Right Time'. The amp's built-in fuzz/buzz effect was rarely used, and no evidence supports external pedals for this track. Studio, not live.

Difficulty

The riff requires solid timing and dynamic picking to achieve the punchy, crunchy sound, but does not involve advanced techniques or fast passages.
