Notes

Studio recording, 2004. The main riff was tracked with the 1966 Telecaster into a vintage Fender Deluxe amp, pushed into overdrive with a Line 6 DM4 Distortion Modeler (Tube Drive setting, Chandler Tube Driver emulation). Delay was provided by a Korg SDD-3000 digital delay. All gear confirmed for the studio recording of 'Vertigo' riff section.

Difficulty

The riff requires tight, fast power chord changes, precise rhythmic muting, and dynamic pick attack for the signature Edge sound. While not technically advanced, the tempo, articulation, and tone control make it intermediate.
