Notes

Studio recording, 1996-1997, Dude Ranch album sessions. Tom DeLonge was known to use a single-humbucker Strat with a Seymour Duncan Invader in the bridge and a Mesa/Boogie Dual Rectifier for all rhythm/riff sections on this album. No evidence of pedal use for distortion; amp distortion is primary. No evidence of live/touring gear being used on the studio recording.

Difficulty

The riff is built on fast, aggressive power chords with tight palm muting and requires consistent right-hand technique, but does not involve advanced techniques or complex rhythms.
