Live performance (2008-2010 era); Nigel Hendroff is known to use Stratocasters with single-coil pickups for clean ambient tones. For 'With Everything (Live)', Helix/Fractal/Quad Cortex presets are used to emulate stereo AC30s. No direct evidence of a different guitar/amp for the clean riff section. Studio version may use similar gear but this is for the live version.
