Studio recording, 2005. Andrew Stockdale confirmed using a 1970s Gibson SG and Orange amps for the debut album. Russian Big Muff Pi fuzz pedal was also used for the riff section. No evidence of additional effects for the riff. No evidence of amp reverb or other built-in effects used in the studio recording.
